Digital Product Policy
Every ZBD product is a digital download. There is no physical item and nothing is shipped.
How delivery works
After checkout you receive a download link by email and on your order confirmation page, usually within a few minutes. Your files don't expire, so you can re-download them from that email any time.
What you receive
You get editable Microsoft Word (.docx) files plus print-ready PDF versions, delivered together in a ZIP folder. Open the Start Here guide first, it explains the whole system.
What you need
Microsoft Word, or a free compatible editor such as Google Docs or LibreOffice, to edit the Word files, and any PDF reader to open and print the PDFs.
File formats
The Word files are fully editable, so you can add your business name, logo, pricing, and terms. The PDFs are formatted for printing and are not editable unless a document specifically says otherwise.
