The Word (.docx) files are fully editable, so you can make each document your own in minutes.
What you need
Microsoft Word works best. You can also use free options like Google Docs (upload the .docx) or LibreOffice Writer.
Make it yours
- Replace the placeholders with your business name, contact details, and pricing
- Add your logo in the header
- Adjust the terms to fit how you actually work
- Save a clean master copy, then reuse it for every customer
Tips
Turn off Track Changes before you finalize, and save a PDF copy when you're ready to send or print. If a document includes guidance notes, they're there to help you fill it in, so delete them before sending to a customer.
