Using the Printable PDFs
Every system includes print-ready PDF versions of the documents, formatted to look professional on paper and on screen.
Opening and printing
Open a PDF with any PDF reader (most computers and phones have one built in) and print as usual. They're sized for standard paper.
Are the PDFs editable?
No, the PDFs are for printing and sending, not editing, unless a specific document says it is a fillable form. To change the wording, open the matching Word (.docx) file instead, edit it, and save a fresh PDF. See Word Editing Help.
When to use which
Use the Word file to customize; use the PDF to print, email, or hand a polished copy to a customer.
