If a system isn't right for your business, email support@zbdsystems.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number, and we'll refund you in full. No forms and no hoops — just tell us it wasn't a fit.
After 7 days, sales are final. When a refund is issued, your license to use the documents ends and you should delete the files.
If something goes wrong
If you can't download your files, received the wrong item, or a file won't open, email support@zbdsystems.com with your order number and we'll fix it quickly — usually by re-sending your download or correcting the file. You are never on your own.
