Because ZBD products are instant digital downloads that cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please review the product page and the FAQ before purchasing so you know exactly what's included.
If something goes wrong
If you can't download your files, received the wrong item, or a file won't open, email zbdprintables@gmail.com and we'll fix it quickly, usually by re-sending your download or correcting the file. We want you to get what you paid for.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
