Welcome to ZBD Systems. By accessing or purchasing from this website (zbdsystems.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.

What we provide
ZBD Systems sells professionally organized business document systems, including contracts, agreements, estimates, invoices, forms, checklists, and standard operating procedures, delivered as instant digital downloads in editable Microsoft Word and print-ready PDF formats. Nothing physical is shipped.

Digital delivery and payment
Your files are delivered immediately after your payment is accepted, by download link on the order confirmation page and by email. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for downloading and saving your files. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

All sales are final
Because our products are instant digital downloads that cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please review the product page and FAQ before purchasing. If you have any trouble accessing or opening your files, contact us and we will make it right, as described in our Refund Policy.

License and permitted use
Your purchase grants you a single-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the documents within your own business. You may add your business name, logo, pricing, and terms, and use the documents with your own customers on as many of your own jobs as you like. You may not resell, share, sub-license, redistribute, or publicly post the files, or distribute them as your own product or inside another template pack. One purchase covers one business.
